Delivery & Returns Policy
1. Delivery Time
2-3 working days delivery as standard.
2. Order Processing
Your order will be processed for delivery on the day of your order if before 5 pm and shipped the same day. After 5 pm and your order will be processed the next working day, and shipped before 12pm.
3. damaged Goods
We take great care when packaging your products but in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send the damaged items back to us. We will arrange a refund or replacement item, and credit you the postage.
4. 14 Day Returns Policy
Our team are all cocktail lovers at The Tiki Cove, and we use everything we sell here, so you can purchase with confidence. In the event you’re unhappy with your purchase, we do offer a 14-day returns policy. We just ask that the item is unused and back in original packaging and received within 14 days of despatch. In the case of our cocktail ingredients, these need to be unopened to be eligible for a refund.
5. Returning Goods
Please make sure any goods you’re returning are in the original packing and unused. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit while being sent back to us and we ask that you use a recorded delivery service with proof of delivery.
