Dark ‘n’ Stormy
Bermuda’s favourite highball pairs dark rum with spicy ginger. Using Fiery Ginger Syrup and soda instead of ginger beer gives you a fresher, punchier ginger flavour, and you can set the spice level exactly how you like it.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Dark rum
- 22.5 ml Fiery ginger syrup
- 30 ml Fresh lime juice
- 120 ml Soda water
Instructions
- Add the rum, ginger syrup and lime juice to a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with soda water and give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
