Yipwon Warrior Tiki Mug – Robin’s Egg/Tan Dual Tone (by Tiki Farm)

Originally launching in 2018, the Yipwon Warrior by Tiki Farm saw an immediate sell-out of the gold limited edition version, and open edition silver edition. The fine folks at Tiki Farm have now re-released their warriors in more traditional Tiki Farm-style glazes.

The carved figures, known as Yipwon, are created in the southern hills along the middle Sepik River in Papua New Guinea, and they represent patron spirits of hunting and war.

We originally envisioned it in a more modern-inspired (elegant) direction and frankly, we dig it especially as we think the top front overhanging portion resembles a stylized a pompadour!
