Port Light cocktail made with Liber & Co. syrup

Port Light

A rare tiki classic made with bourbon rather than rum, the Port Light dates back to the early 1960s. Passionfruit and grenadine give it a lovely tropical tang, and blending it with ice makes it dangerously easy to drink.

Notes

Passionfruit Syrup

Passionfruit syrup is one of the core tiki ingredients. Liber & Co. use real passionfruit for a bright, tangy flavour that bottled cordials can't match.

Grenadine

Real grenadine is made from pomegranate, not artificial cherry flavouring. It adds colour and a sweet-tart fruitiness.
