A riff that brings the Negroni onto the Tiki cocktail scene. Staying true to the Negroni with Gin, Sweet Vermouth, and Campari, the addition of Rum, Lemon, and Orgeat brings this classic cocktail into the world of the near-tropical. This summery cocktail was created by SF bartender, Dominic Alling, at the Beretta San Francisco.

1 Shaker Tin & Shaker
1 Rocks Glass
- 30 ml Rum
- 30 ml Gin
- 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 15 ml Campari
- 7.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Orgeat
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin
Add crushed ice
Shake until the exterior of the tin is chilled
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish with freshly grated orange zest, and a dehydrated orange wheel
