Royal Hawaiian
Named after the famous pink Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Waikiki Beach, this elegant gin sour pairs pineapple with a touch of orgeat for a light, tropical twist on the classics.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Gin
- 30 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 7.5 ml Orgeat
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
