This cocktail calls for Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup and Liber & Co. Real Grenadine. We use and stock them, made by Liber & Co. in Texas from real ingredients.
Port Light
A rare tiki classic made with bourbon rather than rum, the Port Light dates back to the early 1960s. Passionfruit and grenadine give it a lovely tropical tang, and blending it with ice makes it dangerously easy to drink.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Bourbon
- 15 ml Passionfruit syrup
- 7.5 ml Grenadine
- 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender with about 240g of ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
